Before founding Esthia Executive, my own career spanned across banking, executive search and global business development. During my years as a headhunter, I reviewed thousands of LinkedIn profiles, CVs and personal brand materials for C-level recruitment. That experience taught me exactly how decision-makers, whether clients or hiring managers, scan for potential, and what makes a message stick.
